Whats the difference between the year models for this grille?

Some of the newer Civics have slight bumper differences that will not allow this grille to fit properly. It won't for the The Coupe and Sedan Sport models, for example.

I was going to get one, then I read this... and I cried.

I think that was just an example, not a fact. I do know that my 2020 year model has a slight difference in the design of the grille other than the all black aspect of it, it has at least 2 extra slits in it toward the middle from the headlights, im curious how the grille that fits the 2020 coupe sport looks compared to the other older ones and whether or not it has that extra slit in there or not. i can take another picture if anyone is curious from another angle but that sharp line is an edge not all one big solid piece.
