I had a 2018 Hatchback EX but figured why spend money trying to turn a base hatch into a sport model, so I traded it in for a 2021 Sport Touring! Out with the old and in with the new! I love this car and every few days I want to do some new to it. Hell I have the type R wing coming soon. Next is the fog lights.

Long time lurker thats finally joined the club. Picked up a 2018 EX-T last year and have been tip toeing with minor visual mods, next step is to pick up a KTuner and probably a set of news wheels.

Just bought a base model 2021 sedan 4d grey civic. Sold a 2018 4Runner while prices are high and got into the civic as a better work commuter. So far I love the dang thing but I hate the stupid hub caps.
came here to look for fun mods andprobably some advice along the way.

Hi All...new here, just joining today.

In SoCal. I just bought my first brand new car ever, just 2 months ago. I'd always bought pre-owned/used. I only had to wait until I was 60 years old (lol). I got the 2021 Honda Civic EX in Cosmic Blue. Got a great deal, and I love driving the car. I had a 2000 Accord with 235K miles on it. Was a dream car, never any trouble. But it was time to think about getting something before retirement, so I could pay the car off and not deal with payments after that.

I'm happy with the base model. I looked at all the trims but decided on the LX because it had everything I really needed. The only bummer was that it wasn't available in a MT. I love all the 'amenities' though. The greatest thing on my old Accord was the cassette player and power windows...lol.

I've done a few little modifications on the new car. I added some carbon fiber print covers on the door arm rests, the center console, and the shift nob. I also added an aftermarket wireless charger. Got the cargo mat as well as a cool bug deflector. I got door protectors because someone dinged me in the parking lot with a shopping cart (only 400 miles on the car when it happened!). I had the dent pulled out by a mobile guy, but I still need to touch up the spot where the paint was taken off. There's a great collision place up the street from me. They said if I got the touch up paint (I did), they'd do it for me for free. It's a small spot, but it bugs me. I'll be doing that next week.

I'm very happy with the car. The only bummer is that the inside door panels scratch easily. I was thinking about seeing if I could get them replaced with a different OEM door panel from a different 2021 trim???

I also think I want to add fog lights. Any thoughts on either of those ideas?

I'm adding some pictures. My car is a tad dirty, so please ignore that. It's due for a mobile wash today.

I somehow missed this thread the other day when I signed up on the forum.

I'm a Navy vet who has been into greasy RWD cars for a couple of decades now. 240sx chassis were kind of my thing but I'm about done with that scene, at least for a while. I've lived all over the US and in Japan for 5 years. I definitely have an affinity for Japanese market vehicles, Nissans in particular, but I appreciate all cars and have owned everything from a Buick Park Ave ultra to an 04' RX-8.

This is my first Honda; I picked up this 2020 Rallye Red FC3 a couple of weeks back as an upgrade from my tried and true 2010 Corolla daily. All of my cars are MT and I'm happy that Honda is one of the last that still offer a truly good stick.

I'm really impressed with handling and braking so far. I'm a grip driver at heart and have done a few HPDE events in my 5th gen 1LE Camaro. I've also got an S14 240sx that I'm building for auto-X/SCCA/NASA type work.

So far I'm having a real struggle keeping this thing mostly stock for my daily commute. I tend to go HAM on my cars. (See below)

So I'm here to learn/research and I'll probably start a build thread eventually like I did with the 240. (S14's If anyone is interested).
