Looking to get a Civic in about a year or two. Loving some of the rides here and they're getting me excited for my future purchase.

Never drove manual before, but the SI Is tempting to learn for. Still not sure which I'm going to go with, but the hatchback has my eye as well. Hoping that I can get a good deal then.

Hi , I’m Matt . Just purchased a 2020 Hatchback Sport Touring , my first Honda , previous and current Hyundai / Kia owner ( Wife has a 19 Santa Fe 2.0T ).

My first new car was a 2010 Kia Soul Exclaim in Java Brown , I bought it right after they first came out and it was neat driving around in something that wasn’t popular yet , especially in that color , it was a great car and I went on to buy 3 more top trim Souls .

Mixed in was my dream car, which I bought on the last production year , a 2016 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Ultimate in casablanca white , loved that car , would still have it .... but our first child came along last year and it just wasn’t practical anymore , And my wife totaled her car two months into pregnancy, so I bought her the Santa Fe and me a 2019 Soul Turbo , but after having that Genesis it was hard going back to the Soul ....

Here I am now with a Honda , I sat down and figured out ..... I was going to have to break out of the Hyundai/ Kia family to get what I wanted . Something practical but fun to drive , I considered the Elantra GT N Hatch , but I had already experienced the same powertrain in the Soul and didn’t want another DCT .

Honda , for me , was the only option . And I don’t mean for that to sound negative ? , it’s not .

This Civic , is seriously the best driving car ( keeping it in the realm of everyday drivers ) I’ve ever driven . All of my Hyundai’s and Kias have been good to me , but so far , seriously impressed with this Civic .

What’s good?! I’m David from TX. Just purchased my 2020 sonic grey sport HB on 4/2/20. So far I’ve swapped out the low beams and fogs to leds (yellow for the fogs), smoked out side markers, and removed “civic” and “sport” from the rear hatch

The names Dalton. Current car is a 2020 Civic Si, and is the 13th car ive owned. I love pretty much all cars, and have a VERY hard time leaving them stock.

In 2018 i became a father and shortly there after realized a Shelby that gets 18mpg when driving like a grandpa thats back seat was so small i couldnt comfortably get my wife and son in the car, is when i started looking at the 10th gen. I decided on the 2020 mainly due too the headlights, and purchased the car at the end of 2019. It has been extremely hard going from V8s to the civic but i am growing to love the car, especially when taking turns haha.

Last year i also moved 500mi from where i grew up, so i also no longer have a garage and that has also taken some adjusting too. Hopefully in a few years that'll change!

My day to day is work, spending time with my son, and playing video games when he and my wife are asleep. Excited to be part of the community!

Hey, Everyone!!!!!!

I'm Curt. Been lurking around the forums for about a year and a half before jumping into a 2020 Civic Sport CVT in Platinum White Pearl. The Better half wanted a Pearl White 2019 fit the same time I got Lady Quantum, As I named her. We are from Cary NC, This will be Hers and my first Hondas.
Mods on Lady Quantum to date are,
LED Headlight, Led Yellow Fog lights, Legal Tint, Rain guards on windows K&N CAI, 350 Watt 10Inch Skar sub and amp, Black Acura Lug Nuts, And just ordered a Ktuner V1.2 From Two step Performance. Looking into downpipes and mid pipes as I type this. In my past I have had fully built Jeep Wranglers, Crazy 2006 GTO, Modded Ford Rangers, 2013 Doge Dart(( MOPAR 13)) Edition, Hyundai Veloster semi Modded, And the list going on. But this Civic is so far the MOST fun I have had in a while.

I’m Steve! Needed a daily driver to commute over 100 miles per day. Not something I want to do in my 2018 Audi RS5. But just cuz it’s a daily doesn’t mean I won’t mod it. Ordered rims, Coilovers’ prl CAI, camber arms, led’s for most of the interior and exterior lights. It’s a sport touring hatch with a cvt (plan is to give it to my step daughter in 3.5 years) or else I’d have gotten a manual. Got some leftover forged carbon wrap from another project, so I’m going to wrap most of the glossy black exterior with that.

Blacked out side markers
Blacked out tail lights
Blinking break lights
Skunk2 muffler/resonator delete
So far that’s all but plenty more to come.
