First and foremost, welcome here.

Do you have something in mind on how you want your car to look like?

Any power mods that you also want to do?

Wheels are personal taste mostly. The other mods you mentioned like suspension and exhaust have tons of good choices. It's very subjective. Basically, if you're new to modding, you need a game plan.

Better handling? Better power? Better looks? All three?

For handling, grippier tires and a bigger rear sway bar is a great starting point.

For power, KTuner or Hondata would be number one on the list followed by a quality cold air intake.

PRL Cobra is excellent. As far as rear sway bars, if you want a mild improvement, you could use an OEM Si bar. Looking for more? Something like the one from Whiteline is very good.

If you're looking for good UHP all-seasons, General G-Max AS-05 are great for the money. Continental DWS06 are even better especially if you drive in rain a lot. Michelin makes some great tires, but expensive.

Spend the next few weeks soaking up this forum. Figure out your goals: cosmetic...power....handling....read, read, and read more. Start you list and enjoy every minute. Civics are like giant Legos for adults.
