When the wheels are lifted up, the chassis will relax and when you put the wheels back down on the ground, there is more flex on the chassis.

Interesting.... I've never heard of it, all the videos or forum people said it's just a simple screw on Strut bar .

I put michelin ps4 on my si and the first time I went to play a bit and do some fun swerving it scared me how quick the car took to the turn! Dame near sent it off the road it gripped so much better then the sloppy allseasons really opened my eyes!

And as an additional thought, I've largely kept my mods oem, emblems, rims(17" enkei winters), hfp suspension. If warranty is a concern look into items that can't risk a void. Cosmetic stuff. It gives a different feeling when you see a new to you looking car and the can't void anything for a wrap for instance.

Cheers!

I asked a mechanic that work extensively on mod car such as GTR, supra, ... he told me to NOT lift the car for strut bar.. he said always leave it on the ground.
