I currently have the stock 16 inch rims as well as after market 16's with snow tires. I'm looking to go for a sportier look. I know the size is 5x114.3 but does the offset have to be exactly 45? Can it be 40 ish without looking weird? Planning on getting 17's or 18's

The factory 18's are 18X8, +50 offset, you should be fine with a +40. +35 i believe is pushing it, but alot of people here run that offset. i think its ok, a bit too far for my tastes but it would be flush with the wheel wells if that's what your looking for

Just keep in mind the more you deviate from the stock offset, the more potential changes in handling. Most people don't care and go lower offset because it looks cool.

+38, +40, +42 will work fine though and because aftermarket wheels are wider, you'll have some of that poke you want. +35 work too.

One other thing. If you do go for the wide aggressive look, lower your car. I think low offset wheels at stock height look goofy.

Would these look good? My bad for being a noob when it comes to wheel fitment lol. I just want it to look a bit more sporty

Uh yeah those offsets and width's won't work. As far as style that's personal preference.

An 18x8 +40 would be a nice upgrade over your stock 16x7 +45's. Just keep in mind, I go more for the conservative look.

+22 is way too much (imo). +35 will sit pretty much flush with the fender.

Iā€™m running 18x8 +35 with no issues.

18x9.5 and 10.5 is pretttty wide. Thatā€™s also a staggered set up. I would stick to the same width and offset all around and you would still get a nice sporty look like you want. Iā€™m running 18x8.5 +35 offset with lowering springs and no rub. Itā€™s pretty flush to the fender

staggering your fronts and backs would make rotations not work properly, and yea those wheels are WIDE... 235/40/18 is factory tire size for the 18X8's btw. I'm personally not a fan of wheels that stretch outside of the tire but thats personal prefrence - just asking for curb damage

those wheels look pretty old, look at the center cap and have been curbed a few times.. id also like to see the age of the tires - a tire 10 years old or older which i dont think is the case here.. will not pass inspection.. at least in my state
