Hi so i''m new to the whole car and fitment game and I need help with a minor problem. I recently bought my 2015 Civic Si coupe with Skunk 2 lowering springs, my tire and wheel specs are ESR SR02 18x8.5 +30/ Nankang ES20 215/40/18. I'm experiencing rubbing on the front wheels whenever I hit bumps and holes, I know I can always roll the fenders but I don't want the fender liner to be cut exposing it to rust. So I would like to buy new tires since it will be the cheaper option than new rims. Which one would be a better fit? 215/35/18 or 205/40/18? I want it to be pretty much the same as 215/40/18 if possible and no thinner than that, just get rid of the rubbing. If you have any suggestions with the specs or anything please let me know, thank you!!
