Sigh.. I discovered these dents this morning and not sure how it happened. It came from a license plate frame im sure so I guess I got slightly rear ended while parked somewhere.

Anyways, do you guys think this can be fixed by pulling the dents out by those PDR shops?I don’t expect a 100% repair but would at least like it to not be as noticeable. Worst case, would I need a new bumper?

Sucks but honestly not that noticeable. PDR won't work. I would heat it up with a heat gun from the back side and press on the points with the handle end of a screwdriver. They should smooth out a little. I wouldn't bother replacing the bumper.

Bummer. Not too noticeable, but something you'll always know is there :(

I bought this for the FRONT bumper https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B08FTMMPCS/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&th=1

and it saved me one time when I came back from dinner and noticed it was dangling by one screw. The front pickup backed into me while parked and I was alway, and thankfully it did it's job, with a slight crack near the front emblem. Not noticeable, but I know its there.

Anyway, I wish there was something similar for the rear bumber

I honestly would leave it. You're going to make it look worse or more noticeable if you trying heating it up to push it out from the back. If you don't know what you're doing its easy to discolour the paint or melt the plastic bumper out of its original shape or texture. The only way its going to look like it did before is by taking it a body shop, doing some minor sanding, filler, and a re-spray. PDR is meant for dents in metal body work.
