The turbo cut off 25 psi, I think reach the limit of turbo can't push more. Will check in this weekend after change front pipe see what result we will get.

A lot of cool parts. Is that a bypass valve on the exhaust?
Yes it is bypass value, can have comfort mode, sport mode and race mode with remode inside car.

Very creative on some of those parts - especially the suspension. ;) Couple thoughts:
- Interested to know the specs of the springs if you can get them (rate and length, or the vehicle they were designed to support).
- 25 PSI seems a little past the operational limit of a typical single scroll TD03. Though Honda has known to get creative in their specs. :)
- It seems we're still learning how to dyno the CVT on this platform. And although the numbers are technically inflated on the Dynapack, the curve looks good IMHO. Does your tuner have any AFR readings?
- Props to you and your tuner for including a baseline on the dyno. :cool:

You can go to the operational 'limit', but you're already in a place where your turbo is producing more heat than power.

If you're that serious, surprised you didn't axe the dual exhaust in favour of a single to lose the weight.

Thx :) Suspension we just testing, first think of lower spring. We take out spring and compare with some old spring we have in shop. The front is from E class which look similar and sure is harder than original. It is not good doing this way :), but it is only solution at the moment. BC racing they will give me DR type coilover 1 set for testing later.

The AF around 10.xx for 25 psi.

The base line is 191 hp, car already change exhaust. Gain about 20 hp from stock. Will change downpipe this weekend and dyno see if gain more hp.

I want the single exhaust but the exhaust company give this for free and they prove their exhaust gain 20 hp in dyno with my car. I feel the exhaust too quiet even in race mode. Hopefully after change downpipe will will have more noise :)

Someone has to be the first to push the limits of a new car. People did it in the past with any car, why not this one, right? It looks great and the numbers are awesome. Keep it up!
