How long did it take to install, and do you have the instructions?

Did you run the wire all the day to the dome, or were you able to find a wire near the fusebox?
in the instructions, where they say to plug them, theres a 5 pin connection, you'll find a ground and the 12v's neded in that little plug. check a few posts up, theres a honda sill installation instruction, it explains where to plug the oem sills, in that little plug is where i found my current.

Hi, I tested all 5 pins in that plug. On the row with 3 pins, one is 12V and two are ground. The other row with 2 pins give me a little over 2V (???)!!! I had the door closed and opened and the voltages remain unchanged. If this is so, and I connect to the 12V (constant) pin, the illuminated sills will be on all the time whether the door is closed or not. I would appreciate any help in how you did it.
