Yeah I Emailed them and sent them the picture just now. No abuse it just simply popped out and I was wondering what the rattling was so I opened it and the piece was just sitting there.Pro tip, contact the manufacturer directly and they will help take care of this for you, assuming no product abuse.
That’s gotta take some serious skill for someone to actually do that haha. Props to whoever CAN do that stuff.Thats gonna require ball soldering to fix. Not many people, even shops, have the tools or skills to fix that. Hopefully ktuner can help you out.
We have an assembly team here in one of our startups that build boards all day for medical devices, if you were in my part of the woods I would tell you to swing by! It looks like Ktuner responded to you, hopefully you get it replacedThat’s gotta take some serious skill for someone to actually do that haha. Props to whoever CAN do that stuff.

My dad did it lol. He said it was like any other solder jobThat’s gotta take some serious skill for someone to actually do that haha. Props to whoever CAN do that stuff.
My dad doesn't do it regularly. He said you just have to know how to solder and have a microscope which he used to do so. All pins on the board were still intact and ready to solder back onto the connector. How do you think Ktuner repairs it lol. They solder on a new one.Easy solder job, nothing near it to over heat. Proper fix would be new connector.
And note that no solder job is easy unless you do it regularly.
