The size of the fuse is based on the ability of the wire to pass current without catching on fire. The fuse is designed to blow first and stop the overload process. If you just replace it with a larger one; the wires may burn.
For what it's worth, I installed a paid of Wolo Maxi 320-2T horns in my civic, and their website says that the set draws 7A (I think the horn factory fuse is 10A or so). I was eyeing the crap out of hella sharptones or supertones, but personally didn't like how it sounded. They were like $25 after tax at Pep boys

For some reason, I decided to take one last look at the Hella horns that I bought (Hella Twin Tone Trumpet, TC16S-LT, TC16S-HT).I went with different horns, but still a dual horn setup. Each has a "OE Style" connector (per the wording box) box with one male connector. Hopefully, the picture is clarifies what I'm trying to describe.
OE horn has a pair of wires (like you show, green black). Any suggestions as to how should I run the wires to these horns?
