That would be a question to really ask Fk8clinic aka kefi. But from my understanding it's whp with sae correction.

Wheel horse power on a dynojet.. they have correction factors too but this represents power at the wheels

WHP with SAE correction. it's a DynoJet. The basemap came in really low, but it still made +42whp / +51lbft over the basemap.
