So I've owned Hondas in the past, a 94 Integra, 99 Prelude, 03 RSX, and 00 Civic that I still own (my very own Vi-RS clone-ish project). I had been looking at 2016-17 Accord EX-L coupes, V6/6MT of course. Since I could not find any, I ventured up to Marysville Honda in OH to drive a V6/auto version which sucked big time. But while I was there I saw a CPO '18 Sport hatch in Sonic Gray that I drove and fell in love with. I bought it that night, 02/14/19. It's my daily, parts hauler, people hauler, ass hauler, etc. I'm not generally kind to her, but she takes it in stride. It's my journey to take a super fun stock car and just make it a little more unique

Since then it's received :

Hasport FCRR 62A Kevlar RMM
OEM FK8 shifter
Hybrid Racing knob w/ Acuity boot adapter
Sony XAV-AX1000 head unit
Infinity Reference front and rear speakers
Whiteline 22mm RSB w/ Accord endlinks
KTuner reflash (stage 1 currently)
Philips CrystalVision Ultra low beams
Motegi MR131 wheels, 18x9 +35 in bronze
General G-Max RS tires, 245/40-18
Eibach Pro-Kit springs
OEM Headlights painted black internally

I am waiting to install :
Nothing yet

I'd like to find :

Greddy or Invidia R400 catback

Edit: Traded on 02/19/21 for a 2019 Type R in Championship White, #22022. It was a trade-in that was purchased at auction by the dealership that employs me, Germain Honda.

This thread had not been updated anytime recently anyway, so no harm no foul I guess.

I'd say that's a sweet swap. FK7 for an FK8. Congrats! BTW, I live not too far from Germain. I was getting a software update done there about a year ago and came across this blindingly shiny example while I was there. Remember it???

I see that car every day, we still have it! We have a gold-wrapped one as well, and we used to have a Chrome wrapped Accord.

The swap is definitely nice I'll have to gather some pictures sometime and post up a new showcase entry. It's an amazing car.
