Yes the harnesses for the headlamps are available separately but the headlamps are priced competitively.
yes the package is a deal especially as you have them listed as OEM Honda lamps.

Here's my impressions on the LED headlamps. So they're plenty bright. I live in a hilly area with no street lamps and the areas that I used to need to use highbeams on I don't need to anymore. So that's awesome. The only con I'd say (like I've said before) is that it doesn't have that nice cutoff line, which I believe results in the excessive glare. But I'm glad I didn't go aftermarket LED bulbs on the stock projector lamps since the reliability on third party aftermarket things seem to be a hit or miss.

so for $1100 or whatever you may have paid do you feel it was worth it?

If I sell my old ones for about ~$500, so at the end the LED ones will cost like 500-600. I think that's totally worth it.

I'm curious too about the mud flap installation especially the rear, did you just use the two fender screws to attach the mud flaps or did you drill additional holes?

I just got rokblokz for my sedan, I am going to use the stock holes and attach to the inner splash guard where ever it will go based on what height I use
