My 2016 EX-L has no “System Update” option

I was messing around with the infotainment system and looking some stuff up online and I noticed that a lot of sites said to update the infotainment system, but I looked through my whole system and I don’t have the “System Update” option at all. When I looked it up online I couldn’t find anything regarding a Civic completely not having the option, only “how to’s” on updating. Any suggestions or fixes?

Software updates are usually only performed by the dealer via USB (unless you can get a copy of it). There’s no over the air update options in the civic.

How would I check online to see if there is any available updates before I make a trip? Also any idea how much itd run me to get an update (if it’s even worth it)

I think the dealer should know the software availability. My warranty is expiring and need to find out if it is covered. Either way the dealership will probably charge to install the software.
