Interestingly my order for the morimoto xb headlights from edge autosport got fulfilled and is supposed to arrive on Wednesday.

just my 2 cents but I had a pair and they wildly under performed and I didn't break the adjuster like so many unfortunately do. The do look sweet though.

Yep exactly why I said it. They provided about half the coverage of my stock projectors with high quality HIDs (Morimoto).

Here's the final verdict, luckily enough Jack. was able to find the last (actually first) known seller of these headlights being edgeautosport.com

I've purchased a pair and they told me the new part number is correct. (LF473) Somehow they have these before any other site does and they may be an upgraded version.

It seems I’m simultaneously unlucky and lucky, I seem to be the first person with the new design of headlights. I’ll rock these for a year or two and then switch over to the J’s or some used morimoto xb’s. They look really nice and I can’t wait to install them when I get home from college.

Ohhh noooo this is what I was afraid of. They advertise the older style picture on the site and then ship you these for nearly 1000$. Completely disregard my last message then. These are essentially the stock Type R/newer headlights for hatchbacks. Unless you can find differences in them jack.

Also your better off returning them because other sites sell them for 300$ cheaper. They literally match the description, price and picture to the "real" ones then ship you these.

Sadly I believe these are the vland oem headlights with sequential turn signals, it even came in a vland box. It’s definitely not worth the price but I’ll eat it and run them for a while. I’ve been itching to get rid of the oem halogens anyway.

I'm hoping they didn't charge you the Morimoto price for a set of Vland's as theyre almost half the price.

I would reach out to them and try to get some money back or return them, If your invoice/receipt says you paid for Morimotos and got the Vlands, I'd be a bit upset that I got the wrong headlights and was overcharged $400-$500.
