I recently got my 2018 Honda Civic Sedan EX w/ Honda Sensing in Modern Steel. I'm looking to do some performance AND cosmetic mods to it. Would love suggestions and links to the suggestions!

KTuner will get you the most power out of your car and makes a noticeable difference so I would start there. You could throw in the RV6 downpipe too if you want, I personally didn't because it doesn't meet emissions regulations and my car is leased, but it does also extract some power out of the engine. Along with that you could do a CAI but it makes a fraction of a difference and isn't really worth it unless you're after the sound. You can also think about adding the Magnaflow Exhaust: https://www.magnaflow.com/products?partNumber=19313 it doesn't sound like a fart can and is probably the best exhaust option for the 2.0L civics.

As far as cosmetic mods go, I went with the a black grill from ebay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/182671956978 and it looks amazing. Quality, and looks are all there. I also bought a tail light tint film from Lamin-X https://www.lamin-x.com/precut-film-covers/honda-civic-sedan-16-tail-light-covers.html but I chose to just tint the clear portion of the tail lights and it looks awesome too. In addition, I added an exhaust tip to the back so the rear end looks more complete.

To top it all of you can throw on some wheels/tires with the Skunk2 Springs: https://skunk2.com/suspension/lowering-springs-2038/lowering-springs-1617.html to get a lowered look if thats what you're looking for. Hope this helps.
