Late to the party but why " never spins the turbine with your hands "?

Because is a journal bearing , they need oil under high pressure in order to work and make a thin film between the shaft and the bearing. If you spin the shaft and is dry is like turn on a motor without oil .

I'm guessing because the journal bearings have no oil pressure to float the shaft.

Here's some results of the MHI stage 2 putting in work in my Accord. FBO E30 no meth on 25psi target. I'm now on 27.6psi Target and actual psi hits up to 29.9. Meth tuning is next.
