They did get back to me and they did not/will not send the mounting hardware separately. I went on eBay and messaged listings/sellers if they would sell the mounting kit separately and I was able to get one that way.

oh dang that sucks, they could easily sell them separate they do that on purpose so people don't buy second hand.. i just got the intercooler at a EXTREMELY great price just didnt have the bracket i don't know why they didn't have it (only thing i hate about buying second hand is people never have every little bolt, screw or bracket and those end up being the rarest parts of the kit) i am probably thinking of using washers under the original mount to raise the height.
