The Mishimoto Intercooler Kit is in stock and ready to ship! This includes kits for Type R and for all 1.5T models including Si.
This kit is very complete and comes with everything you need to install. You have the option of using just the front mount core upgrade or getting the new piping with it too. Any combination of color is available between the black and silver cores and the black and red piping.
The core is bar and plate, much better for cooling and volume than a comparable tube and fin.
Core size is basically double with 102% more volume and 97% more surface area.
One of the things I like most are the aluminum adapters that come installed for use with the factory piping. If you buy the core first and you ever want to upgrade, the piping kit comes with it's own appropriate adapters that bolt in place too.
End tanks are cast which is such a clean look and they fit just like stock. Inside the end tanks are some splitters that help distribute the air evenly across the core which is a feature not many intercoolers have.
