Will a Milltek Single Resonated Cat-Back bolt up to the OEM down pipe?

Appreciate the replies!

Yes it will, I have the same exhaust but before it was bolted to stock DP but switched to PRL DP.

Thanks brother! I will be going with the same exact setup. Just worried about installing the DP myself due to the snapped studs issue so I will leave that up to a shop. Do you like the setup with stock cats and also with the non-catted DP?

I installed my downpipe myself so the shops wouldn't snap the studs. I had great success. Make sure you tell them to spray the studs good with PB. I have seen just as many people with snapped studs from shops as diyers. Good luck!
