Lol, cams and a bigger displacement is how you get to spool a bigger turbo like that. An inlet pipe isn’t going to do much in terms of spooling a much bigger turboLink to TD04 ball bearing? I mean is there any point in upgrading to such a large drop in turbo when there wouldn't be enough airflow to push it? I would think you would need to upgrade the turbo inlet pipe to provide more airflow whether it'll be 27Won's or PRL Inlet or even a custom one.
Wanna bet? 27Won's Inlet Pipe will spool a TD04 much easier than a stock si TIP. I mean 27Won did say they are an increase of 17 g/s of flow with W1 turbo and W1 Inlet.Lol, cams and a bigger displacement is how you get to spool a bigger turbo like that. If Vincent the owner says it should then it will. I mean they already tested it. If they saw an increase in airflow over stock and W1 turbo. That means a turbo like a TD04 which the Type R has will as well.and they still never gave a definitive answer. Just saying. You’re assuming a product that just came out will spool a turbo spec’d for a bigger motor. Meanwhile the folks who made it don’t even know for certain.
