If they're ~$20, they're plastic. If they're ~$200, they're metal.
Regardless, they look kind of cheesy to me. Might be a little better if they didn't have the fake rivets.

I have these in red on my black Civic and I love them. They look good with the stock Touring wheels but look even better with my black summer wheels. They're definitely worth the price if you can't stand the ugly stock calipers. They're good quality and have held up well. I bought mine from AutoAnything with a 20% off coupon they have active most of the time.

I think the guy hating on caliper covers doesn't understand the point. The idea isn't to try to make it look like you have "sick expensive Brembos brah" or attempt to impress people. It's just to cover up the ugly stock calipers and add some contrasting color. I've received plenty of compliments on them from both car people and non-car people.

Here are pictures of them with my summer wheels.

I have the same red MGP covers on my TWOP. Looks good on your CBM and definitely covers up those mechanical bits.

I painted my calipers red and they turned out pretty well. Ya can't see them much with the stock wheels although.

Looks good. That's the route to go. With touring and hatchback sport wheels they will show up better. The others just look too cheap even though they cost at least 10x what you paid. How many coats did you end up applying? What red is that ?

Haha, Thank you! I ended up applying 2 coats of primer and then 3 coats of the paint. I'm not sure what kind of red it is, all the can says is "Red Caliper Paint" but I attached a photo of it for your reference.

Going to revive a month old thread, but does anyone know fi these will fit on a hatchback touring? I'd imagine the calipers do not different across models. MGP has not listed any hatchbacks on their site either

I'd like to also jump on this thread revival to ask if spacers are needed on all four of the touring rims. I've read different stories of some people who have gone with/without them, or with spacers only on the front rims.

I emailed the MGP customer service and here is their reply:

Yes

Will the caliper covers for the 2016 Honda Civic Touring sedan fit the 2017 Civic Hatchback in all trims? Thanks.

------------------------------

Yes, the covers For the 2016 Civic model year will fit. I didn't use spacers for mine as long as you install it as flush as you can to the brake calipers, it will not cause any rubbing. If there are any issues, you can simply contact them and request a refund.
