Hi guys
I purchased 2018 Civic Sport from a non-honda dealer in 2020. I've been driving it without any issues. I knew that it was missing metal splash shield, I didn't care it was a big deal.
I've been bringing it to Burns Honda for all services. They quoted me for replacement $911.

I was checking online to see if there is cheaper part. But couldn't really find.
What is your recommendation on this. $900 is kinda a lot...

Talking about the skid plate right where you have to remove to change oil? If that's what your talking about 900 is ridiculous for that thin piece of crap.

This one is 230 and has access to oil filter and drain. It's also thicker and more sturdy.

They probab Talking about this. I've seen this before at another thread. I'll probably get this and install myself. $911.... ridiculous.
Appreciate it!

Except fall off
BMWs have had them for a couple of decades now. They're supposed to smooth out the airflow under the car to improve fuel efficiency and reduce road noise, but I always suspected their primary purpose was to keep fluids from leaking onto your driveway.
