Hoping to get some insight/ideas on what it could be. Quick run down. I lowered the car (springs) about a week ago and put on new set of wheels. Got an alignment same day as well. Recently I've noticed a metal on metal sound coming front the front driver side wheel. When I fully have the wheel turned and I'm in reverse backing my car into a parking spot you can hear it.

Havent taken the wheel off yet cause I didnt have time today but I was able to put the car on a lift and get under it and didn't see any kind of metal on metal marks. Anyone else experience this or heard of this issue before? TIA

A common issue that might cause this noise is a pebble stuck between the rotor and the dust shield.

I have this problem as well. I only hear it when reversing and turning. When I rotated the tires it stopped for a few weeks but started again. Like the person above said it's most likely a small rock stuck between the rotor and dust shield.

It was. I took the wheel off and found a small rock.
