Just purchased some smoked switchback side markers for ‘20 Si from typerleds.com. Super dope, only issue is the white LED is 5000K and don’t match the LED head/running lights. Anyone know where I can get a set of switchbacks that match the 6000-6500K DRL/headlights? Haven’t been able to find any but maybe I haven’t looked in the right place. Thanks guys ?????

Actually with the Suma you still need to tap into the signal wire of the headlight. I’m not worried about that. I’d prefer to have the DRLs match the headlights for a cleaner look. If I can’t find any then I’ll keep the ones I got and tap into the headlight wire for the switchback function, was just hoping to find a set @6000-6500K.

I was trying to wire my switchback I got from Suma (Clears) and found that the OEM harness going to headlight assembly has stiff wire insulation. I was skeptical whether or not the taps that Suma provided could even penetrate the insulation so I stripped a small piece of insulation to expose the wire strands. It seems that will make a better connection but a small vibration could loosen that connection. I should have gotten some positaps.

What trim civic do you have? I have a 2020 Si with the LED headlights. Do you have the same headlights? If so, do the side markers match?
