We have had a lot of people asking about where we are at with our catback, and I wanted to give you guys an update as to why it's been taking us so long...
We have really been working tirelessly and experimenting a great deal with options:
- Full 3" midpipe with options to mate up to our front pipe and retain full 3" capability
- 3" Ultra quiet resonator to reduce drone
-The axle back portion will "Y" into a 2.5" section which will yet again "Y" into a quad tip solution
-Right now we are testing a street option which will use two more ultra quiet mufflers and that will be extremely quiet, with a performance option that will use two bottle style resonators.. Which will obviously be louder.
-Finally, a straight pipe option, which will definitely be loud, meant more for track use but will also work for people who just want their car to be as loud as possible!
The idea here is that the end user can interchange the options, if they like, down the road. Which is why the whole system will be modular and utilize V-Band setups with the end user in mind.
We really appreciate you guys being patient with us! Sound is important, and with these cars already having drone issues we wanted to make sure that we put out the best possible catback solution that will cover all walks of people wanting to have different options for their car!
We figured we would share this insight with you guys as to why it will be worth the wait.
