Correct. I’ve not necessarily herd an exhaust for the sport with catless DP/FP I’ve been fond of yet.
The Greddy sounded terrible with my catless DP on the hatch. Had to sell it.

Really? I actually like the sound.
I guess it just didn’t sound like what I expected, after seeing the videos of it installed on otherwise stock cars. I’m pretty picky when it comes to exhaust sound.

You do know that the Greddy hatch exhaust does not have a resonator in it while the Greddy SI exhaust do. If you simply just cut and weld in a resonator problem solved with the catless dp sound.

Yes I did consider that but didn't want to risk the money and hack up a brand new exhaust. Pretty good chance it would've worked though.

Well I mean just cut a piece of pipeing and weld on a resonator. Test how it sound and if you didn’t like it can just reweld the pipe back and sounds the same like before.

If I knew how to weld or knew of a reputable exhaust shop I probably would have tried it. The car and the exhaust are both long gone now though.

Yep, with a catless DP. If the Greddy Si sedan exhaust has a resonator I may give it a try. Online specs show that it does. I'm also very interested in what MAP is working on.

Greddy SI Sedan Exhaust does have a resonator. Also full race will come out with parts but it won’t be for a while.
