Just ordered one that was a couple bucks less for my 2019 EX-L. I'll give it a try and report back whenever it comes in a few weeks probably.

Here is my solution to avoid damages for road debris and small stones in my condenser, these pictures correspond to my 2019 civic sport but this solution can be used across all the models, the cost of the materials is about 20$ and the time taken between cutting and installing everything was about 2 hours.

Materials:

Gutter Guard available in home depot or lowes

Metal Scissors

Optional Automotive door trim molding

65 CM x 10 CM

Before mosquitos and small debris impacts in the condenser

small debris and stones impacts in the condenser

a litle bit more clean using a small brush

Remove with a flat screwdriver

put inside the mesh, i recomend cut a litle bit more the mesh for better positioning

Put the mesh inside the 2 lines in red to avoid moving by wind or vibrations.
