Lower grille bent while snow plowing

The interior part of my lower grille is bent/pushed in due to snow (yay!) and I'm trying to figure out how it's supposed to look, so I can bend it back into place and not break anything else. Does that interior grille part tuck into the bottom exterior part of the grille?

look up under the bumper. That's where that piece connects.

Any idea how to access this? I see 5 clips right underneath but it doesn't look like I'd be able to get access to the lower grille.

Remove the clips.......
