loud noise under car when driveway

every time i enter my drive way or any other drive way in fact i have to take it slow because i hear this loud noise underneath. it sound sound like scraping. i am lowered and have a 3" exhaust but it doesn't sound like scrapping. its more of like pressure building up then a pop. i feel like there is tension on my exhaust or something but i cant tell.

Maybe the suspension is bottoming out or hitting something.

Sounds like something is getting caught on the curb and releasing once there is enough force to break it free. I'd check ASAP before it breaks whatever is getting caught.
