I have a 2019 civic LX hatch and I’m looking to put the Si exhaust on it and was wondering if I would have any fitment issues.

Yes, you’re going to have fitment issues. Spare tire well in your LX is 3” lower, exhaust hangers are in different location. A stock SI exhaust isn’t going to just bolt right in. Do a search, there’s a few different ways people have modded a non-sport hatchback to get a center exit exhaust. I bought a Prodrager exhaust, like it but shipping is a bit high. Others took their hatchback to their local muffler shop and had them weld up a center exhaust.
