It should fit with the type r replica diffuser. I’m debating ordering the one from Thailand or just taking it to another exhaust shop near me to refit it.

I received my type r replica diffuser a couple days ago.. upon contacting a local shop regarding doing a custom system similar to Prodrager, they responded explaining that the s-bends at the rear are too tight to do with a bender so the pie cuts and welds would take hours to build by hand.. they stated it would likely be cheaper just to order the parts from Prodrager

Got a shop to do a custom exhaust costed him 200$

Interesting idea but I assume that would require cutting the stock exhaust and rewelding the new setup.. plus this wouldn't be a full catback so the flow is still restrictive and the sound should remain the same (perfect for those who want the center exhaust but prefer to keep the sound stock)

Damn I already follow him on ig I thought he had a debadged sport. That came out great for $200. I paid my shop $200 and they just cut the mufflers and wielded a test pipe on and put tips on it and it came out garbage. I just ordered a flex fuel kit from prl but this is definitely something I will be looking in to in the upcoming months. I thought I was gonna have to go with that overseas exhaust.

Also update on my exhaust. I was able to get my exhaust done by a better shop near me and they did a fantastic job with it. All they did was bend the pipe slightly upward and it’s at a slight angle upward and that’s it. Turned out great. Only costed $110 for them to fix it and that is including the new tips they gave me and I didn’t even haggle with them. Here are some picks of how it turned out.

I like it a lot but i'm leaning towards the HKS thailand exhaust that's dual tips on each side. I know some ppl think it looks like butt but I like that I won't need a new diffuser.

They look really cool. I personally prefer having the diffuser though. The dual tips on each side would have been my second option if I couldn’t get the center mounted exhaust to work with the diffuser

There's no exhaust MADE for our trims but generally you can get exhaust made for the coupe and have hanger adjustments and exhaust tip adjustments made to fit correctly. Just be wary cause some of these can hang too low so you'll want an exhaust shop that can deal with that too

I did both muffler and resonator and the drone was terrrrrible. I ended up putting the resonator back on and honestly think just a muffler delete sounds great.
