HIDs? you're going to have ballasts, not fans. I have a DDM 35watt 5000k kit, which gives a bright white color. Easy enough to install, but if you want HIDs not LED, it's not a pure plug n play where you just change the bulb, there's wiring harness and a ballasts, along with the bulbs, but as I said, it's an easy install.

I was going to take take ride tomorrow down to Huntington beach and pick those up ddm 5000k bright white and for my fogs as while the led look nice thanks brotha...
