I'm not too good with figuring out what wheels offset or tire sizes will work.

I'm currently on Eibach Pros but I'm most likely going to switch to D2s.

The wheels I'm looking are 18x8.5 +35mm. I like the tire height of the stock 18s because it makes me feel like there is more tire to absorb impacts lol.

I have a feeling the wheels will work but I'm unsure about getting the right tire size.

It can work on 18x8.5 +35 with D2 but you need a camber kit to bring back to spec and increase abit of camber to avoid the rubbing on the front.

I’m currently on d2 and will be getting some wheels soon. Will I be better off on 225/40 or 235/40 on 18x9+35 with no rubbing?

235/40 on 18x9+35 is ok but need to add the camber kit otherwise it will rub some way another.

the D2 will give you a "natural camber" I believe more than the eibachs? you can go 18x9.5 40 on 245/40 and roll the rears
