LED headlights swap

Has anyone seen these before ? I came across them on ebay and they look like they are pseudo touring LED headlights that are a swap for non-touring models. I thought I saw a link for these before, but I cannot find it.

Yes, there are at least 2 threads on the DEPO Type R style headlights. The few people that bought them seemed disappointed at their output and the threads promptly died. Not sure if anyone else bought these or had a different experience after that.
