Hello I was doing my oil change today and saw dried dirty on my skid shield and saw this. Let me know how I should proceed please. Thanks.

I think you should take it to a dealer and whatever it is it will likely be covered by warranty. Hopefully it’s that half shaft that was mentioned. It’s an easy fix.

Also had mine replaced under warranty. Showed dealer pictures. They replaced no questions asked.

It is the grease coming from that support bearing. Getting too hot and liquifying.

Yeah, get that shit to the dealer asap. If there is a catastrophic failure, that’s risking your safety and further damage to your car.

At dealership now, will see what they say. I’ve flashed stock but I have Hondahack, exhaust, front pipe, prl cai street, and throttle space still on.

Also no rattling noise unlike last drive.

BTW it was replaced under warranty but the noise is still there
