With the Touring model at 27k you can bet your biscuits the Si will be the same or more.
With the current model at $23k I really doubt it will jump that high. It may jump 2k at the most, but the touring is fully loaded with leather and all tech options. The si has none of that.

Probably not the base Si trim. I'd guess closer to 24K (a little more of they go with the 2.0) based on the spy shots of the interior and headlight design.

If they offer a GT style trim, then we're probably talking a range between the Touring and base CTR.

I may be forced to go with an Si if the only form-factor for the CTR is the 5-door hatch. I'd rather have the 4-door sedan, or not at all.
