I picked up a '19 Coupe Si a few weeks ago, going through the tint / PPF wrap process now.

Out of curiosity, do any of you stock turbo Civic folks have any problems with the heat here in LV during the summertime killing the performance or causing issues with engine temps?
no problems at all with the motor/air conditioning.

The shift boot has only been installed for about a month. Very excellent craftsmanship, but I am replacing with a 2020 OEM shift boot (that I wanted in the first place). I installed the Sweidit boot using the factory staples for an actual mechanical connection, no glue was used. The HR shift collar and lock nut will lower the knob height about 0.5" from using the 2017-2019 lock nut and aftermarket shift knob. The shift boot will come with the shifter trim plate for an easier install. No badge or buttons will be included.

Would it be possible for anyone in the Vegas area to possibly install some accessories that I bought a couple months ago. I have the oem autodimming mirror, the interior lightning, and the illuminated door sills

Hey, anyone know where I can get 93 octane gas in Las Vegas? Or is it not available here?

Yeah no 93 here. I know of an Arco in Henderson that has 100 on the pump.

Thanks for the response about the 93 octane gas guys. Probably won't be travelling all the way from NLV to Henderson to get a few gallons of 100, but it's nice to know it's available.

My understanding, the octane availability is kinda dependent on altitude. Go to some close to sea-level area like San Diego, you'll see 93 octane as premium, while we get 91. Take a trip up to Brianhead where they're at like 10k above sea level, regular fuel will be 85 octane, while we get 87.

race gas (100+ octane) is an outlier since, well, race gas. The above really just applies to what's widely available at the standard regular/plus/premium pumps in the area. We're sitting at 2-3k above sea level, hence why we get the 87/89/91 selection
