ktuner v2 issues

Hello!

I finally got my car back from the body shop... which means I could finally install my ktuner!

But I'm having lots of issues unfortunately. The tuner locked to my car just fine. But when i went to connect it to my computer so I could register it and download so maps to it. It keeps saying something about model not found please contact ktuner. I tried reinstalling the ktuner software, same issue. Then I tried updating the firmware on the device, and now it seems I've made it worse because now unfortunately it would even turn on anymore.

Any ideas while I wait to hear from the email I sent ktuner?

yes it should be good. But besides that. It wouldn’t even get to the point where it asked me to lock the device to my car. So I don’t think the issue has anything to do with my ecu.
