I thought I'd post this in hopes of assisting anyone else that encounters this issue during registration of their KTuner. Upon encountering this, no where online could I find a solution until I stumbled upon a YouTube comment.
The issue: After you punch in your email, name, and create you're own password, the "Register" button is available after plugging in your KTuner. Upon clicking, the bottom of this window should say "Exchanging Data" which can take up to who knows how long amount of time. One person online reported it took up to 45 minuities.
Solution: Close the registration window. Turn off your firewall, then redo the process again. After putting in your info and hitting "Register", you should be through in no time.
