Initial support depends on the ECU. Some have the quick adjustments available, others like mine do not. You should contact them directly to find out what is included in your initial support.

CEL will come on only if something happens to the engine like it would if it had the factory tune. Once you complete the process and drive for a few km, all warnings will go away. Mine did after only 40 meters.

If you install an aftermarket downpipe, the CEL might come on. If you do not have the error disabling feature, you will not be able to electronically turn the CEL off. You will have to use or adjust a defouler.

Otherwise, no CEL or warning lights are on after installing Ktuner.
Thank you for information regarding initial support. I still need to study the safety of tuning for my car as it is a CVT and I live in country with tropical climate so I need to make sure the car is still reliable after long time use.

You're actually beyond initial support, as there is a beta option with flex fuel and other features. On the fly isn't in it.
What about the settings page to disable close loop? When will that be available for my ECU?

Need a rough gauge to see if all the full features for my ecu will be release first or will I get bored of it and sell off my ride first?

What about 37820-5AN-E22 ? Will it have full support anytime soon?

BR
I just installed the beta version of Dual 21. No warning light and no other errors. Tune works as expected including on the fly map switching.

My ECU is 37820-5AN-E22

I have two questions for ECU 37820-5AG-P83 :
1. When would KTuner ready to implement boost by gear feature to stable code base?
2. Is there any hope for us to have On The Fly Map Switching? Any roadmap?

I hope this thread is still active :D

Any updates on when full support will be provided to 1.5 turbo models here in the Philippines? Specifically software num 5AG - N810 ?

Hope other members from the Philippines with their Ktuners can also chime in.

Thanks Ktuner!

I wish these features could be added to partial support ECU specifically 5AG-P83 soon:
  1. Ignition Maximum Table For Non-Si
  2. WOT CAM Command Tables For Non-Si
  3. Direct Injection Fuel Pressure Targets For Non-Si
On The Fly map switching is nice to have but whatever related to the engine tuning tables especially ignition are gold!
