Hello,
I'm looking into purchasing a set of Konig Dekagram for my 2019 Hatchback LX. I'm no expert in calculating and figuring out wheel tire and size so I could use some advice on what will fit best. I have done a few days of research but I could use some expert opinions on my options. I am not looking into doing any other modifications at the moment, so I just want to get the dimensions as close to OEM as possible.
According to www.wheel-size.com the OE specs are 215/55/R16x7 ET45.
The recommended tire alternative on there for a 17" rim is 225/45/R17x8 ET46 (-1.3% error).
An optional alternative that I'm looking at as well is 235/45/R17x8 ET45 (0% error)
I'm looking to buy from https://pmctire.com/en/wheels/konig...agram-bronze-17x8-5x114-3-73-1-deport-40.tire but because it's 40mm offset, I'm guessing this is not an ideal measurement? Will this cause some serious issues with rubbing into other parts? Should I be looking elsewhere to see if the Dekagram has a 45mm offset?
The Hypergram here https://pmctire.com/en/wheels/konig...rgram-bronze-17x8-5x114-3-73-1-deport-45.tire will be a perfect fit if I get 235/45 tires, is this correct?
Some stupid questions, but I want to make sure I have everything correct before I commit to purchasing. Anything else I'm missing?
Thanks in advance!
