Knock control

I flashed the Stage 1 Si tune to my car this morning and now my Ktuner is saying my Knock Cont is at .59. Is this part of the tune or did I mess something up? I haven't driven it, it's just been idling. When I had the 19.5/23 psi tune Knock Cont was at .49. Am I still safe at .59? Any help would be appreciated. @VitViper @KTuner . Thank you

.59 is Ktuner's starting point after a reflash. That is how it is supposed to work. (It will auto adjust from there, based upon your fuel quality.)

It's gone down to .57 but I only saw 17 psi in 2nd gear. I thought it was supposed to be 25psi.

What 360 said, it's completely normal and supposed to do that. It'll go down depends what fuel you use.. I use 93 and after a few minutes It'll settle down to 54-55% for me and pretty much stay there.

I'm not sure how much good 25psi is going to do you in 2nd gear if you intend on maintaining traction.

Try it in 3rd at 3500RPM or so, just a guess. A good tune is not going to target max boost at every RPM in every gear.
