I know OP said 3lbs, but OEM 2020/2021 Type R Shift Knob is 230grams. I doubt that honda made one that's even heavier than that. Especially 3lbs. A lot of heavier shift knobs are like 485 grams aka 1lb 1.1oz even acuity shift knobs aren't as heavy. If I were OP I'd weigh it. But it's probably around 230 grams like OEM aluminum one.
