K Tuner FFC100 stuck at 20%

Flex Fuel Converter not reading correctly now. For a year it always locks on, maybe +/- 1 %. Last week it was 34%e almost empty so I filled up premium 0% before a trip and brought it down to 5%e. I came back 8 days later, start it and it says 20%e. I drove it 90 miles and put 3 more gal of premium 0% in. It's still reading about 20%e but it's not even locking in, reading 15-25% really. Plugged it into an identical flex fuel sensor from other working kit (just sitting in the air not plugged into the fuel line) and it was same 19%. Checked the light and the ffc100 is on. And if I unplug the power it defaults to 50% like it's supposed to. I'm going meter it tomorrow. pin 3 is the input, pin 4 is the 0-10v for the ethanol % and pin 5 is 5v, default power off output or 50% reading. My guess is the output is bad and at about 2v regardless of the input from either flex fuel sensor. Anybody ever see the FFC100 fail?

It did appear, I saw it earlier (before your reply). These types of issues are not always easy to diagnose over the forum. Are you already working with KTuner technical support?

Hey thanks for the response. I looked for it and for sure didn't see it but saw it after the bump. I'm an ET and it's warmed up to 37f outside now so I'm going to meter it. I have 2 flex fuel sensors so will try both with different ethanol % and measure input and output.
