K-Tuned 62/70mm RBC Throttle Body Adapter

Happy quarantine, most everyone!
I've been doing some research on how to get my NA K20C2 breathing a bit better. I've basically maxed out on performance upgrades aside from a complete exhaust replacement, and have noticed SOME chat about these adapters, but no real life experiences. I'd like to obviously put a better throttle body in, hoping these would allow for it.
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

after more research im not sure that's the right part, but maybe these are? Again, any input is appreciated since i am pretty ignorant to these sort of upgrades.
