K&N drop-in

Anyone using a K&N drop-in with the PRL stage one intake? Ive used nothing but these in the past but was wondering if anyone was seeing any issues or had feedback regarding it. Thanks in advance!

Whenever I have used drop in performance filters, or CAI, I only use dry filters. I just don't trust oiled filters to not end up gunking up the intake. I've had mechanics tell me they are bad, while others say they are fine. Personally, I put an AEM dry flow filter in my car.

I have the prl stage 1 with k&n drop in filter for over a year now with no issues.

I've ran a K&N on many vehicles with no problems. I also had one foul a MAF on my previous Accord Sport straight out of the box. I am not a big fan of oiled filters if there is an alternative.
I currently use an AEM dryflow with the stage 1 hose.

K&N knows exactly what they're doing. Providing excellent airflow for mediocre filtration.

PRL doesn't come with a dry filter.

I chose k&n because I still had a full cleaning kit for it and price was about the same for either filter.

PRL doesn't come with a dry filter.

Not sure what you would call it than but it sure isn't oiled.
