Whenever I have used drop in performance filters, or CAI, I only use dry filters. I just don't trust oiled filters to not end up gunking up the intake. I've had mechanics tell me they are bad, while others say they are fine. Personally, I put an AEM dry flow filter in my car.Anyone using a K&N drop-in with the PRL stage one intake? Ive used nothing but these in the past but was wondering if anyone was seeing any issues or had feedback regarding it. Thanks in advance!
K&N knows exactly what they're doing. Providing excellent airflow for mediocre filtration.I always get a good chuckle when people think K&N doesn't know what their doing...
PRL doesn't come with a dry filter.Thank guys!
Any difference with the K&N over the PRL dry filter?
I chose k&n because I still had a full cleaning kit for it and price was about the same for either filter.Thank guys!
