I seen it with my own two eyes. My step father actually claimed to have seen one last week and I advised that was impossible. But here we are. Possible it's a wrap I guess. It was 2020+ from from grill didn't notice black hoodscoop or yellow.

Honda HQ at markham does have a CAN-000 LE parked at their lot though. However the yellow is less saturated.

Depending on place probably around $5k where I live in upstate new york. Can't say for other areas. But that's for a professional job, I'm sure you could find someone who would do it for like $1000 + material if they do it on the side.
